On-Line Help and Maintenance

Yes, we give 6 months free on-line, e-mail, and/or telephone assistance. It's a custom system just for  your park so we want to ensure during the first few weeks that all phases of the system are running properly.  After the initial six months, you have the option (it is NOT required) of entering into our annual maintenance agreement.  We will assist you in installing PCAnywhere <tm> (or other communication program that we evaluate) so we can trouble shoot your system, download and analyze data if necessary, and keep you up and running from our California based Help Desk.

Training

Each installed system comes with an extensive User Manual in PDF format that matches the On Line Help system. It includes a short tutorial and instructions on getting started. If you have problems with any given feature or situation not covered in the manual, we will assist as part of the initial install and then as part of the maintenance agreement.

Map Installation and Initial Setup

We electronically or by CD install, test, and do your initial site and pricing set up. This includes critical sizing of your Drag and Drop map to make sure it fits properly on the map page. It also includes a complete set up of your site types, pricing and so forth. When you receive the initial install, you just "load and go".

We insure that as many sites as possible fit on a single page. If more than one page is required, we program that for you. If more than 2 pages are required, we program a map page key dialog as well. Our maps do not have permanent Windows controls such icon buttons that hide, clutter, or take space from the map. A narrow menu system remains to navigate to other parts of the program from the map. Additionally, we resize or move the remaining map controls to insure the map covers most of the page and that each site is as large as possible.

We do not draw maps from scratch, but can quote a price to have that done. We do enhance the map given us or make small changes if using an outdated map. If a line drawing map (not a free hand sketch) is presentable with adequate resolution, we will use it after enhancement. However, we want the system to look professional for your benefit as well as ours. So we make sure that happens for you. "WE DO MAPS  . . ."

We also include at no charge a site picture installer. We suggest our clients set up their office so the registering guest can view the park  map screen and location "and a picture" of the site they will occupy. Pictures downloaded from a digital camera can be previewed and entered (or updated) into each map location with only a few mouse clicks.

Download a Demo

If you would like a more thorough look at our software, we would be happy to send you instructions on how to download our "full featured" demo. The park in the demo has around 150 spaces, including Full and Partial hookups, Tent and Storage, with pictures of various sites and amenities. Keep in mind that the software is very site type oriented. Your park may have Cabins, Boat Slips, or a further breakdown of RV sites (such as those with full hookups, partial or dry). A short tutorial is also included.

The demo version of the program will last for a month or so and has a restriction  on the number of customers and transactions entered. It would otherwise be, almost, a full featured system (we are continually adding new stuff). We suggest pretending the demo park is your park during your evaluation -- take reservations, register guests, manage a club event, run reports and so forth. Enjoy managing a park by viewing a dynamic 5 color coded map of your park as the focal point of operations. The only difference between the demo and your park would be the space map presented - and the types of RV sites managed (full, partial, or dry hookups, cabins, tents, storage, boat slips, or other site types).

Please give us a call or include the following in your email request to receive instructions on how to download a copy of our demo:

  1. Name and address of your park or campground.

  2. Number of sites in your park.

  3. Name and phone number of person doing the evaluation.

  4. Website address of your park.

  5. Contact email address.

  6. Your affiliation with the park (e.g., owner, manager, consultant)
