Automatic (and fast!!) Registration:

Opening Screen

Automatic Registration: If a customer has previously visited your park, it only takes a few mouse clicks to register their current stay. For example, on the Opening Screen (shown above), the operator would begin by clicking the Registration button to open the Guest Registration screen.

Guest Registration screen

The Guest Registration screen contains all personal information on a customer, the specifications of their RV, any Pets or Additional Vehicles, Account History, a Memorandum field, and any RV Club Memberships. This screen becomes the focal point of processing for this customer - such as Accounting Info (payment on account, refunds, and so forth), which RV clubs they are a member of, do they have Extra Vehicles, Credit Card info, and Discount Entitlements.

A customer is easily located by clicking the Search button. Searching is fast - and only takes a fraction of a second after a few characters of a name are entered -- regardless of how many customer names are in the database. If no changes are noted on this form, the operator clicks the Continue Registration button.

Registration Information screen

For a one night stay, this entire screen is completed automatically - including selection of the most ideal space. Of course, the selected space as well as all other items can be overridden by the operator. Items are numbered on the form [1] thru [7]:

  1. Type of space: Regular, Dry, Storage, Tent, or other types of spaces can be selected. Your sites types may be different -- it's customized for your park.

  2. Type of Rental: Rates are pre-entered into the system from the Preferences section (note the button on the Opening Screen above) for each type of rental for each duration. All default rates can be the overridden during registration.

  3. Length of Stay: Simply enter the number of Days, Weeks, or Months -- or if it is a seasonal. The system will do the rest - including space selection.

  4. Power Requirements: Enter power requirements here.

  5. Pull Through Space: The system will select a pull through or back-in according to the selection made here - or you can choose "Either is OK".

  6. Rate Information: All values here are computed automatically as the operator changes items on other parts of the form. Also, "Other" or Electric values can be computed  or entered manually here.

  7. Space Requirements: The space selected by the system can be overridden if the operator so desires. All of the spaces listed when the Override button is pressed will meet all of the conditions of the rig and current registrations or reservations on that space. The specifications of each individual space is entered using the Space Maintenance utility (see the opening screen above).

Note: This screen is the focal point of registration. The operator can quickly display the Space Map (daily or duration format), Preferences, Space Maintenance, or other utilities from here. Once that display is closed, control returns to this screen.

Note: If a reservation has been taken, with or without a deposit, all information noted on the reservation form (site selection, duration, rate info) is automatically carried forward to this form at the time of registration.

If a customer is already in your database, with or without a reservation, the above registration process should not take more than 10-20 Seconds - plus the time it takes your printer to produce a receipt.
